What we installed

Epoxy Coating — 4,400 sq ft

Resuflor Performance HTS across 4,400 sq ft, a high-traffic epoxy coating system selected for a demanding animal-care environment. Seamless and non-porous, so there are no grout lines or seams for bacteria and odor to settle into.

Moisture Mitigation

Before coating, the slab was moisture mitigated with Resuflor MAP to control vapor drive. In a facility that gets hosed and disinfected daily, getting moisture under control first is what keeps the coating bonded for the long haul.

Built for Wash-Down

Kennel floors get hosed, scrubbed, and disinfected constantly. The system was specified for chemical and moisture resistance with slip-resistant traction for both animals and staff on a wet surface.

Sanitation First

A seamless coating is the difference between a floor you can actually sanitize and one that holds odor and bacteria. This is what a boarding operation needs to pass inspections and stay clean.

Outcome

A durable, easy-to-clean, slip-resistant floor built to hold up to the daily reality of a working boarding facility.
