About these terms
This website at phoenixconcretecoatings.com is operated by Phoenix Concrete Coatings LLC ("Phoenix," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company and concrete coatings contractor based in Zephyrhills, Florida. By using this site, requesting a quote, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Use the site or our contact details to send unsolicited advertising or solicitations
- Copy or scrape site content for commercial use without our written permission
There are no user accounts on this site. Nothing here requires you to register or create a password.
Quotes and estimates
Submitting the quote form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us to anything. Any pricing shown on this site or given verbally is an estimate. Final pricing depends on the condition of the slab, moisture testing, square footage, the system selected, and site access, and is confirmed only in a written proposal. Work is performed under a separate written contract between you and Phoenix. If anything in that contract conflicts with this page, the contract controls.
Text messaging
If you opt in, Phoenix Concrete Coatings may send you text messages about your project. Message types are limited to:
- Appointment and site visit confirmations
- Follow-ups on a quote you requested
- Scheduling and crew arrival updates
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by telling us directly that you want text updates. Consent is not required to get a quote, to hire us, or to buy anything from us.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 352-806-6091.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number and your consent, including our commitment never to share or sell it, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Warranties
Completed work is covered by the written warranty issued for your project. The current warranty terms and documents are on our warranty page. The written warranty you receive with your project is the one that governs. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or adds to it, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of a specific result on your slab.
Our content
The text, photographs, project galleries, logos, and design on this site belong to Phoenix Concrete Coatings LLC or are used with permission. Project photos show real jobs we completed. You may not copy, republish, or use them without our written permission. Manufacturer and product names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
This site may link to manufacturer documentation or other third-party pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
